L&B is a family run business located in Arizona. We began in 2015 with the desire to do something together, something we knew would make us and others happy. Here is 2022, we look back happier than ever that we so wildly threw our selves at our dreams.
Jodie
Likes: Floral, a really lovely color pallet, Pinterest + Instagram. Her two Golden-Doodles & one adorable little human baby + husband Josh.
Dislikes: Routines, lack of sleep, the sound of chewing, when you’re washing your hands and someone puts their hands over your hand to wash their hands..
Job Description: Jodie will be your point of contact throughout the wedding planning process. She is here to help in every possible way. Jodie has a fine art degree from ASU and loves to dive into color pallets, discuss the ins and outs of design and how she can help bring your vision to life. Jodie also runs our instagram account, and manages all of our floral orders.
Jill
Likes: Order & Structure, funny movies, doing her daily devotional, coffee (black and piping hot), lots of sunshine. She has a family of four who she loves dearly.
Dislikes: Extreme sports, heights, spicy food, being cold
Job Description: Jill wears many hats for L&B. She is at almost every event helping with set up of decor and floral. She is a master boutonnière designer and has made almost every single bout for the past 5 years. She also handles our crew coordination and some behind the scene business needs.
Tammy
Likes: Staying busy, chocolate, a fresh pedicure, cats, when everyone gets along.
Dislikes: When everyone fights, messes, procrastination, any form of dishonesty.
Job Description: Tammy is the true creator of L&B. Not only did she create each one of us (thanks mom) but she is also the one who really had the vision and the drive to create L&B. She manages all of our inventory, preps for each event, cleaning and preparing every rental item and is also truly passionate about floral design, reviewing and perfecting every single bouquet before it is complete making sure each design is balanced and beautiful. She is deeply involved in each and every event we are apart of.
Jackie
Likes: Spontaneity, making others laugh, really good food, an endorphin high from any form of physical activity + her 2 kiddos.
Dislikes: When people are not nice, negativity, rules, being cooped up.
Job Description: Jackie is a hands on human. She handles a lot of the set-ups and breakdowns and is an avid floral lover. She has taken many floral classes and loves to design. Jackie also knows how to hustle like no ones business and tends to work circles around everyone else.
